If you are attempting to lose weight, the proper diet is the way to go. While most of us have a inclination to cheat a little at times because we have hectic life styles, it would be best if we were able to stick to some particular guidelines on a normal basis.

4. Aside from fish and meat, taking flaxseed oil on a daily basis is a great way to get Omega 3 fatty acids. Include this into your regime and you’ll be astonished as to the drastic changes it will have on your general health.

5. Water. Although it’s not really a food, it is an ingredient frequently lacking in people’s diets and in their lives. Drink a lot of water equating to half the weight of your body daily in ounces along with sea salt of quantity one pinch per 16 ounces.

You would be stunned at the difference that this will make in your overall health. Try it out for a week and see what happens.
